Responsibilities:
1. Conduct data collection and input in EXCel and HR systems after yearly campus recruitment activities
2. make daily telephone call with candidates, potential employees and graduated students
3. arrange and coordiante interview by supporting all recruiting members
4. communicate with candidate in terms of various documents and filing preparation
5. assist in on-boarding process with assistance of HRIS specialist
6. Documents filing and maintenance
7. Administrative support related to recruiting affairs (such as printing, scanning, sealing)

Requirements:
1、Attendance: 4 days per week/at least for 3 months, able to be-onboard of Jun. 2014
2、Bachelor degree or above
3、Be open, good at communication/collaboration, good team player
4. efficient working style and quick-learning reaction
5. able to read, write and commincate in English
6. good application in MS office tool: word, excel and PPT
