Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Handle the routine general ledger accounting work for several legal entities within WuXi AppTec group, including payroll, employee option scheme, investment accounting, prepaid & accruals, and inventory accounting, etc.

2. Review the accounting work of junior staffs. The review scope mainly includes PP&E accounting, expenses, and intercompany reconciliation, etc..

3. Assist senior G/L manager on monthly closing control, make sure the timely delivery of entity reports, and offer necessary analysis or explanations.

4. Assist in the internal control of financial reporting cycle, including the preparation / review of monthly accounting reconciliation and quarterly check list.

5. Support quarterly and annual financial report audit process; support special purpose audit, such as tax audit or other government audit.

6. Work with the team to realize continuous improvement, and performance of ad hoc tasks as assigned or requested.

Qualification Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent.

2. Over 3 years solid knowledge and experience in General Ledger position in multinational companies, or large-scale companies.

3. Solid accounting knowledge is a must. The candidate must be familiar with PRC GAAP or IFRS. Knowledge on US GAAP is a plus.

4. Quick learning skills, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, team spirit, be able to work independently, or under pressure.

5. Strong MS office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

6. Good written English is a must, while good oral English is a plus.

7. Professional qualification (such as CICPA, ACCA, CIMA etc.) holders are preferred.

8. Experience in Oracle or JDE ERP system is a plus.
