Responsibility:
Responsible for managing IT operations for the Data Center. As a key role in Data Center management, accept and handle problem and operation change manage to ensure proper daily IT operations
IT system operation related service management: Monitor and maintain the hardware to ensure the equipment runs well, including storage, server etc.
IT system user management. Set-up or update local IT system user information (email account, Active Directory, share folder access and other local applications). Provides expert problem management support to difficult, high profile customer issues and ensures root-cause analysis is conducted and a corrective action plan is followed through with any learning applied for future benefit.
Operation change request management.

Requirements:
8+ Years’ of experience of Data Centre Operations & Management within an IT service delivery environment，experience in foreign enterprises will be preferential.
Prior experience with supporting Windows Server OS, MS Lync, Exchange, MS AD, MS SCCM etc
Demonstrates solid problem-solving techniques across multiple areas of technology and operational models.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Good communication skills
Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment effectively
Excellent customer service attitude
Have certain degree of English communication skills
