We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Report and Analysis Team. Your role is to manage a team of 2 data analysts and to prepare the reports and recommendations for our clients.

I - Main missions

·Manage a team of data analyst

·Prepare and organize your team work flow

·Analyze and verify the consistency of the data provided by the data analyst

·Draft and prepare report's conclusions and recommendations

·Design, modify and implement new templates for reports and questionnaires based on client’s requirements

·Define with the clients the report needs and structures

·Interact and liaise with company’s Operations Department, Sales Department, and overseas offices to make sure the smooth and on-time deliveries of the reports

·Provide new ideas and suggestions in report preparation and data analysis

·Present the reports to the clients

·Reports to Market Research Manager

II – Skills / Profile

·At least 2-3 years of work experience in Market Research as an analyst

·Very good interpersonal skills

·Excellent written and presentation skills in both Chinese and English

·Accurate analysis skills

·Good organizational skills
·Self-motivated, able to work as a team player
