Main Responsibilities:

-Use ACCPAC software to manage finance issues
-AR and AP follow up
-Update Money system and invoice detail and update bank information on time according the bank statement
-Bank reconciliation
-Check staff's monthly expense and apply to finance manager every month
-Other job signed by DFO and Director such as assistance to the CFO for 2011 and following years on consolidations on audits purposes and oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors



Skills & Profile:

-Be expert in the ACCPAC software
-At least 2-3 years of work experience in Finance
-Very good interpersonal skills
-Good written and oral English skills
-Good organizational skills
-Self-motivated, able to work as a team player
