I - Main missions
I – 主要职责

- Prepare Quantitative Reports
- 准备定量报告
- Conduct the quantitative and qualitative analyses
- 进行定量和定性分析
- Prepare new templates for reports
- 准备新的报告模版
- Extract data from company’s online database and collect relevant qualitative data for the reports
- 由公司数据库提炼数据，收集定性数据，为报告做准备
- Interact with company’s Operations Department and Quality Control Department
- 与公司营运部和质量监控部保持沟通联系
- Reports to Market Research Manager
- 日常报告对象为市场研究部门经理

II – Skills / Profile
II - 技能 / 背景

- At least 1-2 years of work experience
- 至少1至2年的工作经验
- Excellent Command of the Pack Office (particularly Excel + PPT).
- 出色的办公室软件应用 （特别是 Excel和PPT）
- Very good interpersonal skills
- 出色的人际交往能力
- Good Command of written and oral English is necessary
- 良好的英语书写和表达能力
- Accurate analysis skills
- 精准的分析能力
- Good organizational skills
- 良好的组织能力
- Self-motivated, able to work as a team player
