I - Job description

Report to the CFO, supervise a team of 4 accountants and oversee finance activities of 12 subsidiaries worldwide:

· Assistance to the CFO for 2011 and following years on consolidations for audits purposes and oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors

· Provide the CFO with an operating budget for 2012

· Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available such that all purchases may pass independent and governmental audits

· Help the CFO to design standard accounting policies and procedures to follow in order to have good control over payments (especially cash advance) and other company business activities

· Oversee the production of monthly reports as well as financial statements and cash flow projections for use by Executive management (A/P, A/R, G/L)

· Work with the CFO through cost analysis support and in particular, analyze the profitability of each mission

· Manage together with the CFO all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants

· Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization

· Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs

· Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff

· Provide training to new and existing staff as needed

II - Skills / Profile

· At least 5 years of demonstrated work experience in Finance (from Senior accountant to Finance Manager) with a Shanghai local company

· Sound knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, PPT)

· Acquaintance of the accounting software ACCPAC is a large plus

· Very good communication and managerial skills

· Good written and oral English skills
