Albatross Global Solutions is an international Market Research services provider dedicated to improve Service Quality and Sales Performance.
With its headquarters in Shanghai and 15 more offices in Asia, Europe and America, we have the ability to conduct Market Research and Mystery Shopping Surveys worldwide.
We're composed of 2 divisions:
- Albatross Store Performance: mystery shopping programs
- Albatross Consumer Insights: qualitative and quantitative analysis
Albatross has a solid expertise and reputation in assisting luxury brands (especially in cosmetics, fashion, and watch & jewelry) and other leading brands in various industries to develop their Service Quality and Market Insights, especially in Greater China and Asia.
To boost our growth and maintain maximum customer satisfaction, we are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team in Shanghai, as Key Account Executive, directly reporting to the Key Account Department Manager.
I-Main responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between our company and your assigned customers
- Maintain and develop relationships with your customers
- Coordinate with all internal departments to ensure maximum client satisfaction
- Present our reports periodically and share your expertise with customers
- Introduce, promote and sell additional solutions
II-Skills & Profile
- Native Chinese speaker
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written, in a business environment
- Proficiency in any other language highly appreciated
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as within a team
- Ability and desire to sell, confident and determined approach
- At least 1 year of meaningful work experience in an international environment
- Former experience in the Luxury Industry and/or Retail would be a plus
- Good Computer skills
