职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. New store opening preparation and coordination
a) Setup new store preparation plan, picking schedule and delivery schedule.
b) Secure 98%+ fulfillment of stock( products, testers, furniture, and non trade items) for each new store
c) Coordinate among all respective functions for new store openings, and provide final new store opening kit to facilitate new stores
2. Supply Chain support
a) As level 1 contact point in terms of delivery schedule, damage, stock availability inquires for supply chain team to receive emails, phone, and BBS inquires from stores
b) To solve Level 1 logistics issues from stores by coordinate 3PL or related functions.
c) Store visit, act as eyes of team by visiting stores, and collect feedbacks from fields concerns supply chain, and educate stores supply chain processes.
3. E-commerce operation Support
a) Dealing with daily OOS of EB products, GWP products substitution.
b) Ensure 98% e-commerce order fulfillment during daily operation
c) E-commerce stock and database maintaining
d) To support the e-commerce projects and coordinate both 3PL and cross functions.
Qualifications:
- Over 2-3 years work experiences, university degree .
- Work experience in supply chain customer services.
- Supply chain management sense.
- Good computer skill at MS office, knowledge & experience in ERP/SAP applications
- High attention to details
- Customer service skills and strong serving spirit,
- Good communication skills, quick response
- Self-motivated, able to take initiatives and endure heavy job pressure.
- English skill is a must
- Retail background is a plus
