Scope of position:
? To ensure that all resources and processes are effectively implemented to achieve customer expectations in quality. This includes quality systems, QOS, quality issues resolution, and customer service.
? To drive effective implementation of 6Sigma disciplines.
? To ensure resources and processes are in place to achieve customer and government targets of environment, health and safety performance.
? To oversee and manage QEHS & PMO related risks in the different JV’s in China

Most important responsibilities:
? Quality Oversight in Asia Pacific (China)
? Ensure compliance (to a basic amount of) corporate policies
? Policy deployment and target setting
? Provide transparency / data reporting and consolidation to corporate
? Auditing
? Deployment of systems and initiatives
? Provide JV’s with QEHS and PMO expertise

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in an engineering / technical discipline related to automotive or engineering activities
? Fully fluent in English and Chinese
? 10 years experience in QEHS and or PMO, with at least 5 years of management experience
? Excellent interpersonal skills to establish relations with JV colleagues
? Able to establish functional visions and follow through the implementation plans
? Able to develop a team of experts in a developing organization
? Able to maintain performance under pressure
