职位描述

Core Mission Under the responsibility of the Head of Internal Control and in close coordination with Regions and local management, ensures continuous improvement of financial and business internal controls and processes within the Region. Is responsible for maintaining highest level of compliance with accounting and IC international standards.
To COACH, SUPPORT and HELP markets and affiliates of the allocated Region.

FUNCTION
Duties and
Responsibilities ? Lead and monitor the implementation of the identified IC projects within the Region/markets
? Be prepared to undergo internal/external audits within the Region and support the follow up of the audit action plans, both internal and external
? Help the affiliates to identify control gaps, establish remediation plans and follow up;
?
? Contribute to the development of rules, procedures and controls, to ensure higher level of compliance within the organization;
? ?Help affiliates to establish corrective plans and follow up;
? Communicate and train on principles, tools, best practices and projects of our Internal Control;
? Update and monitor training tools of Internal Control system (online training);
? Monitor and support compliance with regulatory Internal Control by on-site visits;
? Understand and document key-processes, identify and prioritize risks and related controls ;
? Assess the existence and the design-effectiveness of the controls ;
? Develop sampling strategies, effective plans and perform testing of the operating-effectiveness of controls;
? Continuously report results and achievements regarding agreed objectives, and provide follow-up to stakeholders;
? Assist in the Implementation and animation of internal control process within the affiliate;
? Understand Galderma’s key risks (i.e. financial, operations, compliance and strategic risks), processes, activities, organization, policies and procedures to independently and objectively evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control and provide recommendations to improve the overall management of risk;
? Support the respective Head in developing and maintaining a quality assurance and improvement program covering all aspects of internal audit/control activities;
? Participate in and supervise internal control engagements of Galderma entities, monitor internal control progress, prepare and review work products, and resolve potential issues and conflicts;

General requirements :
Education/Training : University program intended to result in certification in Accounting/Auditing or MBA
Work Experience: if possible, experience in an audit company + minimum 5 years in an operational finance/management job in an international environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.

? Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

? Ability to create reports that conform to prescribed style and format;
? Ability to effectively present information to management;

Physical demands:
? The position base will be determined in function of the allocated region and may require to examine company locations worldwide;
? Position will require extensive domestic and international travel, up to 50% of the time.
