职位描述

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (20%)

? Lead in manpower planning and monitoring to ensure that all personnel deployment are within the annual approved headcount budget
? Oversee the selection process and source the right candidates for the openings.
? Ensure efficient implementation of and compliance with all pre-employment procedures including employment background check.
? Conduct orientation to new employees related to company policies and procedures.

2. Compensation & Benefits (15%)

? Participate in market compensation survey and analyses the pay position in the market. Review position benchmarking and recommend position slot.
? Oversee the accurate recording and computation of monthly payroll, institute effective and efficient delivery of HR services related to benefits claim and processing.
? Supervise the proposal of salary package for new hire, promotion and internal transfer to ensure they are within the company approved range

3. Performance Management Process (PMP) (10%)

? Train all employees and managers on the PMP process and Company expectation
? Provide coaching to managers and supervisors on the PMP process
? Review the performance problems and provide support to the line managers to implement and follow up the Performance Improvement Plan






4. Training & Employee Development (15%)

? Conduct training needs analysis, source and evaluate external training program, and coordinate with Corporate Training Team in utilizing the internal training platform to support employees’ continuous development.
? Review individual training plan with the line managers and monitor its execution.
? Implement regular training effectiveness evaluation and develop improvement plans for ASPCO when necessary.

5. HR Practices and Policies (10%)

? Review the HR practices and update the related policies annually to ensure the processes are compliance with legal and corporate requirements

6. Employee Relations & Communications (20%)

? Develop communication plan
? Develop communication channels to foster positive employee relations climate
? Communicate the Human Resources policies and procedures to the employees in a timely manner and enforce them consistently.
? Identify potential Employee Relations issues and lead the necessary corrective actions.

7. Others (10%)

? Work with Corporate HR on Corporate assignments/projects.
? Support the annual budget

8. Qualifications and Experience
Describe the level of education, professional qualification, training, experience, people management skill, which are the minimum requirement for effective performance in this job.

Must:
? Degree with a major discipline in business administration, human resources or related discipline
? Min 10 years’ relevant working experience, of which 3 years were on managerial level
? Well versed of PRC labor law
? HR generalist with good business acumen
? Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
? Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of management cross-functionally and cross-culturally
? Independent and able to work under pressure
? Able to manage multi-projects
? Patient, people-oriented, focus on details and good team player

Preferred:
? MBA
? Working experience in Fortune 500
