JD: T1 Service Desk Analyst

Provide user support and customer service on software applications, troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. Work with technical support teams on problem resolution and verification.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

· respond to requests for assistance in person, via phone, electronically

· diagnose and resolve application issues

· research questions using available information resources

· advise user on appropriate action

· follow standard help desk processes

· log all help desk interactions & ticket reports

· redirect problems to correct resource

· identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

· track and route problems and requests and document resolutions

· stay current with system information, changes and updates

Education and Experience

· Bachelors degree preferred

· 3+ working experiences of customer service

· Good understanding and experiences of Information Technology especially web application & SQL scripts

· knowledge and experiences of service process
