职位描述
BASIC FUNCTIONS
this position is responsible for implementing sales strategies targeted at project activities in North China, and developing and maintaining key account of project in North China. The incumbent is required to manage and coordinate project development execution, maintain close relationship with distributors, developers and designers, introduce Kohler products, and monitor after-sales service. It is also required to develop, and maintain close relationship with developers and designers of key account in North China.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
? Within the assigned district, be responsible in introducing and promoting the Kohler kitchen product sales so as to comply with the quarterly and yearly sales plan, target of contract-signed projects, policy and work methods establish by the company.
? Monitor and comments every problem in project sales within the assigned area timely, hence, push relative departments improve the merchandise planning within the assigned area next year continuously.
? Establish and maintain regular contact with major mechanical contractors, designers, builders, developers, and the lodging industry within the assigned area.
? Identify and recommend appropriate promotional and support material required to enhance the image of Kohler kitchen within the project market and new residential market.
? Develop and set up strategic relationship with new key accounts.
? Maintain a close connection with key accounts who have already signed strategic relationship with Kohler.
? Develop and supervise a strategic, consistent and long-term project key accounts network.
? Maintain Kohler China Kitchen Cabinet management being informative on the project market situation by providing information on competitor’s products, developer’s business strategies and other related information advantageous to the company.
? Conduct presentations for potential clients/ business groups in relation to project sales market.
? Educate distributor personnel with regard to Kohler China’s project and new residential programs and the process involved in requesting quotations, submitting and releasing orders for jobs.
? Prepare and maintain required reports and forms related to daily sales activities, expenses, correspondence, etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? University/ college graduated in project, marketing or business administration preferred.
? At least three years sales experience coupled with extensive background in securing project type business (kitchen cabinet sales experience preferred).
? Hard workings, accountability, have sales passion, and can work under high pressure.
? Be willing to go on business frequently.
