QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably Bachelor education, in chemical engineering or production
A general experience of 3 to 5 years in managing operators/technicians in a manufacturing plant
Strong leadership and communication skill

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead operation shift team to ensure that company policies and standard operating procedures are followed
Be responsible for team performance in the areas of Compliance, EHS, Reliability, Production, Quality, Yield, and Cost Effectiveness
Ensure all statutory and company EHS standards are recognized and maintained throughout the shift
Supervise spandex production, be committed to providing quality products, and on-time delivery that meet or exceed our customers' expectations
Be responsible for coaching new employees and responsible for performance appraisal within the shift team
Work with the relevant people/department for site problem solving
Maintains records and prepares reports
