Job Description:

• Lead the recruitment team to recruit high quality candidates for AP Commercial business. Strive to ensure the selected candidates are consistent with COMPANY culture and also have related knowledge and skills, based on COMPANY Talent Model.

• Provide guidance and support to recruitment activities of AP Manufacturing Sites located in Shanghai, Guangdong and other countries.
• Develop and maintain the recruitment systems including applicant tracking system, talent pool to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment activities.
• Develop and maintain the recruitment metrics to effectively evaluate recruiters' performance.
• Develop and maintain the recruitment channels.
• Leading some recruitment projects such as Project recruitment and Campus recruitment etc, based on the business demand.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field.
• Must have good communication and influence skills, can work with hiring managers well.
• Must have people management experience
• Must have strong English capability.
• Integrity, customer focus, sense of urgency, respect, humility and good adaptability.
• At least have 10 years HR related work experience.
• Business background is welcomed
