Purpose of the Role:
Be accountable for company's performance; Ensure overall soundness of internal control environment, reporting and controlling system; Provide business partnership to management by financial support; ensures operational excellence based on compliance to government laws and regulations; team development.

Key Responsibilities:
Company's Strategy Plan
Participates in the study of business plans and strategies by providing financial supports; facilitates implementation of the plans and strategies by coordination among investors and verification of the investment projects

System and Procedure Establishment
Develops financial planning based on company strategies; establishes and optimizes systems and procedures regarding financial reporting and business controlling; establishes and ensures internal control system in place and effective.

Manpower Planning & Budgeting
Ensures that finance department is adequately and efficiently staffed in accordance with company's business strategies
Be responsible for department budgeting and ensures that actual cost is under control

Investment and CI Programs Review

Be responsible for the review of company investment and technological improvement programs, leads and tracks the launch and implementation of these programs, reviews the financial analysis on the feasibility of new programs for the execution committee to make right decisions
Cost Reduction
Drives cost reduction efforts in line with CI department; identifies and verifies potential saving opportunities.

Asset Management
Establishes the system of asset management, aiming at accuracy and completeness of asset booking, safety from theft and damage by natural disasters, sufficiency of property insurance and other precautionary measures.

Financial Reporting in GAAPs
Ensures that the company financial statements are in accordance with PRC and US GAAP; continuously develops the standard cost system so as to better measure the operational performance

External Coordination
Understands and studies the industrial policies of the national government and ensures the financial work is carried out in accordance to national and international laws and regulations, makes good relationship with banks, Industrial & Commerce Bureau, Tax Bureau and other related government authorities

Financial Statement Review
Reviews all the financial plans, budgets, forecasts including the BOD financial statements

IT Infrastructure and ERP system

Implements, maintains and upgrades IT infrastructure and ERP system according to business and finance

Continuous Improvement
Improves Finance competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
Supports employee development by training and coaching, ensure GPAS and succession plan implement effectively
Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented
Knowledge & Requirement:

Qualifications:

Education
Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Finance or related fields preferred.
Job experience
8+ years relative work experience, large manufacturing company a must, automotive industry experience preferred.

Professional knowledge/skills
CPA or equivalent qualifications
Financial planning and analysis
Good understanding of current financial and economic laws
Operation KPI monitoring and controlling
Capital planning
Cost control and calculation
Treasury and capital operation
Good knowledge of ERP System, MFG-Pro, SAP, Oracle, etc
