职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Shanghai Admin teams to provide effective and excellent services to office residents, also give guidance to Admin team from BJ & GZ offices
- Coach and ensure the team to embrace and apply Compliance in daily services and contact with vendors
- Responsible for Admin. team development & work improvement
- Ensure office environment & security to be safe, and work with EHS team on EHS activities and processes
- Continuous improve and refine systems and processes related with office management
- Monitor Admin and common share related monthly payment and misc. reports, ensure the quality and accuracy
- Supervise or evaluate Admin. related vendors, to deliver quality services
- Keep track of office room capacity, provide sound analysis and work with leaders on layout management.
- Cooperate & coordinate with various business and Capability teams on office renovation and moving projects
Experience & Skills Required:
- 3 years of working experience in administration management and people supervision
- Familiar with the administrative work management processes, office payments and supplies process, and asset management
- Familiar with office projects, including renovation, decoration, moving etc.
- Sound interpersonal communication and coordination, given the comprehensive and detailed, with passionate, sense of entrepreneurship and strong execution, and with team spirit
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- College or above
- Professional MS Office skill
