Purpose

· To provide and support the delivery of a robust, pro-active financial information and control service to the Finance China and Operating Teams

· To continually improve service levels, quality of management information and standardise processes in the most cost effective manner

Requirements

· University graduated with major in finance or accounting, preferable any accounting designation.

· Credit control and AR collection experience

· High numeric and analytical skills

· AR Accounting, invoicing, credit control or customer contract management experience

· Customer communication, money collection experience

· Ability to communicate oral and written information concisely and logically

· Ability to analyse and evaluate information

· Excellent inter personal skills with proven ability to influence

· Ability to effectively plan and organise own work

· Good spreadsheet knowledge

· Ability to take on a broad spectrum of work under pressure and to deliver in agreed timescales.

· Positive attitude towards colleagues

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong leadership skill and work under pressure

· Experience in retail business with multiple branches will be a plus
