Responsibilities:
Compliance
Implementation of HR processes in China that is compliant with Corporate HR Standards and local country legislations from pre-hire to post-termination
Ensure all employees clearly understand expectations around maintaining a respectful workplace
Implement site Compliance Plan to HR team
Implement HR related compliance plan to site
Staffing and Selection Process
Provide consultation / facilitation to operation leaders on organizational plans. Using a process that is balanced, performance based and compliant with labor laws in each site in Qingpu. Make sure impacted employees are treated with respect
Make sure impacted employees are treated with dignity and respect
Advise Business leaders and be directly involved with selection of candidates with right knowledge/skills as well as values/beliefs for key positions
Suitable talents who have both knowledge/skill and value/beliefs are hired/internal transferred on schedule. Align with corporate selection guidelines
Performance management and training/development Process
Ensure process that provides annual feedback to employees consistent with Corporate guidelines
Identify and develop in line with business needs, suitable training and development programs that will build the appropriate competencies of employees. To oversee the successful implementation of the identified training plans
Roll out the yearly training plan based on operation needs, ensure the employees who will be received the training are lined with compliance principle and the business needs
Consult, monitor and Implement the corporate performance measurement processes
HR Technical Capability / Service Delivery
Demonstrates technical capability by demonstrating a fundamental understanding of laws, policies and HR best practices
Provide consultation to supervisors, managers and leaders on employment/labor related issues
Provide expert HR advice to business leaders
Compensation and Benefits
Work with C&B Team to follow through performance based compensation philosophy and system
Further educate leaders and employees on the philosophy and tools
Coach
Develop HR talents to support operation
People development consultant and helper for other function leaders
Requirements:
University degree or above
More than 5 years HR experience, with overall professional knowledge in recruiting, training and C&B
At least 2 years in supervisor position in operation HR successfully, good in developing subordinators
Familiar with relevant labor laws with implementation experience
Ability to deliver professional communication with different management style, influence leaderships in professional people decision
Systemic thinking
Leadership and coordination skill
