Responsibilities:

- Assist in development and translation of publicity materials such as press releases (from English to Chinese), news reports, credentials, internal newsletters, etc.
- Assist in the implementation and execution of publicity/ marketing activities in China
- Assist in the co-ordination and distribution of promotional assets such as literature and/or videos
- Assist in news monitoring, clippings and champion a library of publicity materials

Requirements:

- 5 years' experience in a MNC (previous agency experience preferred but not essential)
- Attention to detail and highly responsible
- Competent communicator, both written and verbal
- Confident and credible
- Fast learner and willing to learn
- Action-oriented, completer/ finisher
- Customer focused and sensitive to operating environment
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, flexible and adaptable to change
- Strong interpersonal skills and broad cultural knowledge
- Good IT skills (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
