Responsibility:

- Develop, implement, and oversee strategic direction for Client and strategic provision of Company services
- Responsible for onsite Facilities Management operation
- Ultimately responsible for delivery of best-in-class service in every geography and across every area of expertise
- Responsible for the overall relationship management with the Client to ensure the services provided are in alignment with goals
- Provides solutions and options to meet new strategies and goals set by the Client
- Overall management for new business transition for the Client
- Develop quality management system, standard operation procedures for the Client's Facility Management service
- Management of contract and subcontractors to align with client's requirement


Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Management Science and Engineering, Facilities Management or the other related fields
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Facility management
- Process strong academic knowledge in Facilities Management
- Must be extremely motivated, detail-oriented, dependable and flexible
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal, organization and communication skills
