主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities
？ Manage day-to-day HR operations, provide a smooth, fast and accurate on-boarding and exit processes regarding system operation.
？ Maintain Peoplesoft and local HR system by accurate and timely information update. Those information may include: new hires, exits, changes, relocations, training records, etc.
？ Provide employee data report on a monthly basis and according to different departments’ or stakeholders’ needs, data may include: O-chart, detailed employee information, Headcount status, etc.
Responsible for leave and overtime management, pushing process in HR system, provide accurate reports on above aspects on a monthly basis or when needed.
？ Responsible for employees miscellaneous process like issuing invitation letter, dispatch letters, etc..
？ Assist in other assigned tasks by actual needs.

任职资格Job Qualifications
？ University degree or above, human resource or English major preferred.
？ At least 1 year working experience in HRIS management
