职位描述
Provide analytical expertise in support of procurement operational and strategic decisions. Key focus of the role will perform on conducting complex data analyses, developing and modeling for a broad array of issues related to procurement performance. Maintains and produces regular procurement reports in addition to ad hoc analyses, as needed. May work independently or lead a project team and consults frequently with appropriate managers on progress.
? Provide analytical support in the development and execution of reports to find opportunities for material, service and process cost savings, sales growth, new market development, and structural changes within the context of corporate goals and initiatives.
? Design, update, and/or improve tracking and reporting spreadsheets, train others on the use of standardized reports and databases for use in presentations and communication needs.
? Identify trends from data and use that information to recommend/implement cost or efficiency savings opportunities.
? Analyze results for progress against planned objectives.
? Manage urgent ad hoc and routine requests to meet the information requirements of Procurement management team and external stakeholders and organizations for critical procurement or operational decisions.
? Identify systemic issues and continually improve processes; integrate updates of Procurement requirements into department processes.
? Implement and train on new system tools.
? Completes procurement action items for Alternate Supplier Approvals(ASAP)
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Adminstration or similar.
A minimum 2 years of data analysis within a procurement, finance or supply chain environment. 5 years preferred
Experience in SAP, Oracle, or any other ERP/MRP system is desired, SAP preferred.
Capability to gather and analyze data.
Strong Systems aptitude, including, but not limited to Excel, Access, PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP).
Strong analytical skills
Work within a process and recommend solutions to rectify inefficiencies.
Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
Strong ethics and integrity
Strong written and oral communication skills.
