工作地点：昆明工作职责：1. 定期向总裁汇报工作情况2. 负责分公司的各项事务，管理销售工程师和安装工程师团队，协调生产，分销，客户各方面关系，主管分公司日常行政事务。3. 负责分公司的销售管理和业务开发。在昆明地区寻找和开发商机，扩大销售路径，提高销售业绩和市场份额。4. 拟定销售预算，昆明分公司发展计划，市场开发计划，推广活动，以达成销售目标5. 全面的了解霍曼产品技术，应用及优势6. 全面的了解竞争产品在市场中的各项信息趋势并做每月汇报7. 为地方贸易伙伴提供咨询和技术支持8. 制作销售月报，季报，年度预算表，客户来访表及定期预报材料。资格要求：1. 大学以上学历。2. 年龄35-503. 建筑或机械制造专业。4. 具有五年以上建筑工作管理经验。5. 良好的英语口语和书面能力。6. 较强的开拓市场，管理销售业务的能力。7. 具备良好的交流沟通能力和团队协作精神。Location：KunmingJob Scope:1. Report to Managing Director.2. Responsible for all matters of Kunming branch including managing a team of sales engineers and installation engineers, interfacing manufacturing, customers and dealers, in charge of day-to-day operation and other administration works.3. Lead sales activities including sales management, business development. Identify and develop business opportunities and expansion of sales channels in assigned geographical area and market segment (Kunming) to increase business size and market share.4. Draw up sales budget and action plan for the development of Kunming branch, Develop marketing plan and promotion activities to achieve sales targets.5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical knowledge of Hoermann products, applications, features, advantages and benefits.6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the competitive products and their activities in the market place and provide a report on a monthly basis.7. Provide consulting and technical support to local partners8. Prepare monthly and quarterly sales report, yearly budget, customer visit reports and regular forecast updates.Qualifications:1. Bachelor degree or above2. Age 35-503. Good English level both in oral and written4. Minimum 5 years sales management experience on building materials5. Strong ability to grow sales revenue and to manage accounts receivable6. Strong organizational and coordination ability7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
