职位描述
Responsibilities
? Lead Hardware design
? All aspects of HW design validation including performing accurate component level testing, system level testing and component qualification to validate the design
? Designing moderately complex designs
? Pro-actively interact with the rest of the development team to ensure that the design meets it functional and quality targets
? Responsible for resources planning, works assignments and status review
? Report to Hardware Manager
Requirements
? BS/MS, major in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering
? Minimum 10 years experience in mobile hardware RF design
? Understanding of electrical engineering concepts and circuit solving skills.
? Working knowledge of power management, analog, or RF and general communication measurements (ie line/load regulation, PSRR, transition time, amplifier efficiency, jitter, phase noise, etc).
? Able to work with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, time interval analyzer, logic analyzer, network analyzer, etc).
? Capable of understanding and modifying LabVIEW test software.
? Knowledge in mixed-signal or analog PCB design including CAD interface.
? Test board design, debug, and development.
? Ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively and document work thoroughly.
? Familiarity with cellular standards such as WCDMA, HSDPA/UPA, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, or wireless peripheral standards such as GPS/A-GPS is desirable.
? Good soldering skill for both through hole and SMD components
? Ability to multitask and prioritize several work items
? Good understanding of certification in mobile industry.
Other Requirements
? Diligent in test methodologies, planning and documenting test procedures and test results
? GNSS and/or Wireless Communications experience
? Experience with Mentor, OR CAD, Cadence Allegro, Power logic/PCB etc
