职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
? Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue, win the key account qualifications as specific
? Managing and achieving target revenue on the short term basis and define work-plans for Key Accounts for mid and long term business
? Ensuring growth in the southern region year-on-year
? Ensuring the team stable and coach team numbers
? Understand client organization, decision process, operation scheme, etc. Monitor any key change and analyze impact on our business
? Leading project management activity; provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
? Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client
? Work for contracts/contracts renewal, orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
? Submit the monthly report on time and update the CRM (customer relationship management) each month
? Team management
Required Qualities and Skills:
? At least 5+ years of commercial experience in Sales & Marketing and Service Management, ideally have experience in smart card industry or with banking domain knowledge.
? Experience in working in international companies, preferably experience with European and US businesses;
? A proven sales skills; this may include presentation, negotiation, planning, etc.
? Capable to understand basic technical concepts; then build good knowledge on company offer
? Good communication skills with other team and build action plan for sales target
? Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English language mandatory, further languages desirable.
