工作职责:
- 独立负责行业50-100万年薪职位的猎聘项目,有良好的客户关系;
- 了解客户需求,分析客户的招聘岗位,明确寻访方向和标准,划出目标公司搜索圈;
- 与客户用人部门沟通与对接,为客户提供行业与人才分析,必要时影响客户进行职位JD修改;
- 与客户保持良好关系,更新客户的招聘需求与动态,进行业务拓展;
- 协调并参与客户面试,协调面试过程中出现的问题,并沟通录用通知书(Offer);
- 与候选人沟通职位信息,面试及筛选候选人,给予必要的面试指导;
Major roles&responsibilities:
- Responsible for Staffing project of 50-1 million yearly salary, has good relationship with customer
- Understand customer requirements, analyze customer recruiting post, clear direction and standard for researching , Set range in target company
- Communicate and contact with the customers, provide industry and the talent analysis, influence customers to change JD position when necessary
- Keep good relationship with customer, update the hiring demand and benefit for business development
- Implement and attend the interviews, solve the problems in the process and benefit to offers
- Communicate position information with candidates , interview and select the candidate and provide necessary interview guidance
任职要求:
- 30岁及以上,正规院校本科毕业;
- 5年以上某行业猎头顾问经验,个人业绩达100万以上,(做过年薪100万的职位,同时成功推荐3个职位以上);或
- 5-8年某行业优秀的销售管理人才亦可考虑,须服务于世界500强或国内100强的企业;
- 熟悉大型外资、合资及民营企业的运作及商业模式;
- 敏锐的商业触觉及猎聘技巧,良好的团队合作精神,具备优秀的人际沟通能力及良好的学习心态;
- 关注细节,强烈的责任心与职业操守;
- 优秀的中英文口语表达能力
- 30 years old or above with college degree
- At least 5 years as a headhunting consultant in the industry, more than RMB 1 million of individual performance (working experience in staffing candidates yearly salary more than 1 million , and successfully recommend at least three or more),or
- 5-8 years outstanding working experience in sale management can be considered, working experience in the world’s Fortune 500 companies or China's domestic hundred companies.
- strongly business acumen and staffing skills, good team cooperation and communication and co-ordination skill and learning attitude
- Attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility and ethics
- Proficiency in oral Chinese and English
