Job Summary：

- Act as monitoring agent on origins data entry performance for HK control tower

- Act as the emergency backup processor to

- Support origins data entry tasks to avoid any service breakdown

- Support ad hoc tasks assigned by the HK control tower

Primary Duties and Responsibilities：

- Run the reports assigned by HK control tower from the system regularly to cross check origins data entry performance, and follow up with origins for any necessary updates to maintain the origins data quality and efficiency

- Update the system according to the data entry requirement/timeframe provided by HK control tower, and support origins on the data entry tasks to avoid any service breakdown

- Escalate any origins non-compliance issues to HK control tower for immediate follow up

Qualification:

- 1-2 years’ experience for logistics and customer services

- Familiar with computer software applications

- The ability to handle details are essential

- Attentive to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of works

- Hard working and willing to work overtime
