Software project manager_ 赴Harman

Essential Responsibilities:
Manage the software part in project lifecycle.
Define SW project scope, goals and deliverables
Communicate with Consumer Marketing to get the high level requirement of the product and align with project team.
Effectively deploy project expectations to SW team members.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Define the process and drive ODM process improvement

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in computer science or other related discipline
8-10 years working experience
Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
Strong SW Project management background
Rich process experience and good initiative ideas
Vendor management experience is preferred

Desired Characteristics:
Must be a self-starter who can take initiative and drive to successful conclusion
