Development Program Manager
Job description:
Managing daily activities of a multifunctional team to bring a product from concept into mass production and owns overall program responsibility;
Specific tasks include project budget management, risk definition and risk management, schedule development, contract writing, negotiating contractual terms;
Capable of delivering product spec, dev. schedule, cost BOM, team meeting minutes, project monthly status reports, design review summaries.
Requirements:
8 year experience in program management with demonstrated team leadership success and strong engineering background;
Excellent people skills, communications skills, and is flexible and open to change;
Is self-managed, action oriented, and results oriented;
Able to make detailed planning and organizing;
Strong customer focus and able to achieve success in a dynamic/harsh environment;
A passion for technology passion and committed to delivering world class products.
Fluent in oral English
