岗位职责：
1、负责客户的开发、管理及维护工作；
2、不断地探讨、总结人力资源营销的策略、方法、技巧；
3、不断地分析、研究从客户提供的信息中探求客户明确的需求、潜在需求和潜在的期望价值以提高业务能力；
4、与客户服务部、招聘部合作，研究编制满足客户明确的需求、潜在的需求和潜在的期望价值的服务方案，提高客户的满意度；
5、理解各级政策的人力资源政策，并把它运用于营销策略中；

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、3年以上销售行业工作经验，有同行业工作经验背景优先；
3、性格外向，具有较强的沟通能力和语言表达能力，较强的公关能力、应变能力和谈判能力；
4、具备良好的客户服务意识，良好的品牌及营销策划能力；
5、熟练使用电脑办公软件。
