岗位职责：
1、根据客户要求，分析所委托的职位，掌握访寻标准；
2、在顾问的指导下, 制定人才搜索和寻访的计划,明确访寻方向和访寻目标公司；
3、通过cold call等方式访寻候选人，获得候选人信息和简历；
4、协助顾问与候选人进行深入的沟通，完成对潜在候选人的甄选和评估,并向客户提供候选人清单;
5、通过整个行业访寻，维护并拓展候选人资料库；


任职要求：
1、正规高等院校本科或以上学历；
2、优秀的沟通技巧；
3、较强的说服能力，自信，热情，耐心；愿意在压力下工作，愿意接受极具挑战性的工作；
4、有专业精神，有志成长为优秀的人力资源专业人士；
