技能：
-熟悉物流操作流程；
-熟练操作使用办公软件。
-良好的组织、协调能力；
-对工作抱有热忱，良好的团队协作精神。
岗位职责
-组织、指导有关定单货物送达活动；
-检查丢失及损坏情况，并进行问题处理；
-评价送货人工作质量、及时性和费用情况；
-提出运输工具及方法的建议；
-确保运作和客服两条线相互支持。
