工作目标/目的：

协助销售人员与内部其他部门沟通，使大区事务顺畅运行。

岗位描述：

1.根据公司及所在销售地区的销售策略，为销售部门提供销售支持。

2.负责跟踪、记录所在大区销售代表的销售相关数据，整理并提交报表并录入销售系统。

3.负责整理、统计所在大区销售人员编制情况并及时更新给人力资源部，并协助协调所在大区销售人员招聘、入职等工作。

4.负责所在大区的销售费用报账和活动费用申请的管理，所在大区的日常报销及日常费用的支出。

5.负责所在大区的销售文件管理、档案管理和相关资料整理归档工作。

6.负责所在大区日常行政支持工作，协助协调所在大区销售会议、城市会议的组织工作。

7.部门职责所需求的其他相关工作。

岗位要求:

教育背景：

商业、经济类专业学士学位或相关教育背景

经验要求：

至少1年外企或国内大型企业相关工作经验

能力要求：

1、有较好的英语听、说、读、写能力

2、有良好的电脑操作技能（Excel、 Access、Outlook、PowerPoint 等） 3、较强的客户服务意识和沟通协调能力

4、较强的数字处理和统计分析能力

5、忠诚企业、诚信自律、有很强的服务意识和团队精神

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE OF JOB:

Assist Sales in communicating with other functions, making sure regional work will be running smoothly.

KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide support for regional sales team as per sales strategy

2. Tracking & consolidate sales data then input into sales system

3. Assist RSM & HR in regional sales team management such as headcount update / sales recruitment / new comers on board etc.

4. Claim regional expenses & apply for PR

5. Keep filing regional documents

6. Routine administrative work such as sales meeting organization etc.

7. Other ad hoc assignments

EDUCATION:

Bachelor degree in the major of Business or economy related

EXPERIENCE:

At least 1-year working experience in MNC or state-owned enterprise

COMPETENCIES:

1. Good at English ability both oral & written

2. Good at operating office software skills (Excel、 Access、Outlook、PowerPoint etc.)

3. Has strong service awareness & communication

4. Has strong competence of data processing & analysis

5. With loyalty & integrity, strong team spirit & service
