工作内容:
Achieve the regional marketing objective.
区域产品推广目标的完成
- Support the regional sales team to achieve the sales target of the Company.
协助区域销售管理人员,达成公司目标
- Analize the regional sales process punctually and work closely with the sales manager/supervisor to solve the problem.
及时分析区域销售进展,与区域销售经理、主管合作解决问题
Identify, Execute and estimate the regional marketing plan according to the marketing strategy of the Company.
按公司市场/产品计划,完成区域市场计划的制定、实施与评估
- Cooperate with the sales manager to formulate the regional marketing plan, including annual plan, half-year plan and quarterly plan.
与品牌经理、区域经理配合,制定区域产品推广策略和市场计划(年计划、半年、季度行动计划)

Research and Analysis of the regional marketing information
区域产品市场相关信息的调查和分析
- Collect the marketing information and material of competitor
竞争产品的市场信息、资料收集
- Investigate the sales process, customers and sales channel, method of the Company.

- Information research of the key hospitals in the city and in the region.
区域、城市、重要医院信息的调查
- Investigation task assigned by the reporting manager.

- Assist the identification of the untoward effect of the product and report to Brand Manager in time.

Planning, execution and assessment of the regional academic conference and marketing activities.

- Organize the regional academic semina and marketing activities, support mega-event.

- Communicate with the moderator or speaker of the city academic conference regarding the product information.
协助与区域、城市学术会议主持人、主讲人进行产品方面沟通
- Control, monitor and estimate the regional or city markeing activities.
掌握、监控及评估区域、城市市场活动的开展
- Coach and support the district sales staff on product academic introduction.
指导、配合地区销售部进行学术推广
Build up and develop the relation with regional KOL.
建立与发展区域相关学术专家的关系
- Establish and get the information of regional VIP professional network.
建立、掌握区域KOL和讲者网络
- Get the guidance and support from the professionals to the regional or city key hospitals product development trend.
取得专家对区域、城市、重点医院产品发展的指导意见及帮助
- Report the related information on time.
及时反馈相关信息
Carry out the product clinical experiment and follow it up.
产品临床试验的开展与跟踪
- Support Brand Manager, keep touch with the related professionals to implement the clinical experiment.
配合产品经理,联系相关专家落实临床试验实施
- Keep smoothly communication with the operation team of clinical experiment and effectively track the record.
与临床试验具体操作人员充分沟通,有效跟踪试验数据
- Assist the summary of clinical experiment and result application.
协助临床试验总结工作及结果使用
与区域内各部门的沟通与合作
- 定期与销售部就销售及市场情况进行沟通
- 与培训部合作对区域内销售人员进行疾病知识及产品知识培训
- 与区域商务部、财务部、SFE及数据部进行沟通和合作
Application and management of the product marketing materials and articles.
产品推广资料、推广物品的运用及区域管理
- Coach and explain the content and application method of the marketing materials.
指导、讲解推广资料/推广品的内容与使用方法
- Assist on regional product training to enhance the product knowledge of the sales representatives.
协助进行地区人员产品培训,让销售代表加深掌握产品知识
- Track the usage of product material/marketing gifts and take the record for management.
掌握产品资料/推广品/礼品的使用情况,并进行统计管理

职位要求:

Bachelor degree or above, with medical background preferred
本科以上学历,医药专业优先;
Min 3 years solid working experinece as a brand/product executive.
至少3年以上品牌/产品专员的工作经验;
Work experience as a medical representative is preferred
有销售的工作经验者优先
Work experience in a multi-national organization
具有外资企业的工作背景
Excellent with powerpoint , good English and communiaction skill
较强的excel/PPT能力,有良好的沟通能力
