职 责：
Manage customer’s orders, and be responsible for order selection and prioritization.
Plan order deliveries for customer and ensure the most economy means of supply chain;
Monitor safety stock level and support account team for finished goods stock management;
Work closely with supply chain functions to administer package design from reception of artwork & instructions, to design modification and follow-up
Follow-up on packaging material claim;
Maintain a continuous communication with account teams regarding issues with customers;
Contribute to improve the rolling forecast accuracy by consolidating information from customers

要 求：
College degree or above
Min. 2 years working experience in sales co-ordination, order follow-up, shipping, and customer liaison
Preference will be given to candidates with experience / knowledge of SAP system, printing technique, graphics design
SAP experience is needed
CET-4 qualification, fluent English
Sound knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power Point
Strong customer oriented mind-set
Very good communication skills
Ability to handle uncertainties and solve problems
Pay attention to details
