Key Duties
-Manage and supervise sales team to achieve sales targets;
-Plan and execute various strategies to motivate and enhance sales performance;
-Work closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandizing buying and logistics team to ensure transportation communication and work flow;
-Maintain and nurture good relationships with shopping malls and property developers;
-Provide recommendations on opening and closing of shops and update senior management of latest competitor’s activities;
-Manage retail management activities.

Requirements
-Solid and relevant experience in managing retail operations for luxury or fashion apparels;
-Good relationship with shopping malls and property developers;
-Process a can-do attitude and with aggressive mind-set to be successful;
-Good with numbers and an eye of details;
-Good communications in both verbal and written English.

Essential Requirements
-Retail background of managing more than 1 store;
-Preferable have luxury industry background but not a must;
-Attention to detail, know how to motivate people, strong leadership;
-Aggressive, responsible, passionate;
-English speaking is a must.
