Core Responsibilities
Problem Resolution
* Provide and facilitate the delivery of technical solutions and information to partners in English.
* Understand and learn MS products and technologies, especially Exchange/Outlook and Windows Server products.
* Accept and resolve problems as appropriate for individual skill level.
* Escalate problems as necessary.
* Meet service delivery guidelines within the principles of the Customer Focused Culture.
* Responsible for achieving the team business goal of the service request volume and customer satisfaction rate.
Effective Communication
* Utilize effective verbal/written skills to communicate with partners and peers.
Knowledge Sharing Contribution
* Welcome and initiate collaboration as necessary.
Facilitating Responsibilities
Effective Communication
* Demonstrate ability to recover from dissatisfied-customer situations.
Knowledge Sharing Contribution
* Contribute to content and technical community efforts.
* Provide mentoring and training to others within your technical specialty.
Requirements and Skills
* Enthusiasm for and experience with Microsoft products, and passion for Microsoft technologies.
* MCSE Certification is preferred.
* 1+ years of technical support experience is required.
* In-depth understanding of the following technologies:
1. Messaging product, including Exchange server and Outlook.
2. Windows Server OS (2000/2003), including server management, networking, Active Directory, etc.
* Managing and troubleshooting experience on Exchange Server is preferred.
* Good Communication skill. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent demonstrated customer service skills.
* Consulting or service related working experience with oversea customers is a preference.
