职位描述
Microsoft Commerce Transaction Platform (CTP) needs to be local in top 20 countries of the world, covering 90% of online population, over next 2 years. This will be achieved by rapid expansion in the number of markets and number of payment instruments in a market that it enables in a given period.
Microsoft CTP is going to support SEPA (Debit Card Payin) and enable Brazil, SEPA, Russia and China markets in the next 12 months. In order to expedite the market coverage we implemented Solution Provider framework in R1 release. This project's scope is to use the new framework to:
1. Enable local payment processing in local currency in Brazil, followed by local deployments in other Latin American countries.
2. Enable fully DD (direct debit) support with micro payment validation for CTP Commerce Mega API.
3. Enable local payment processing in local currency in China markets.
4. Enable local payment processing in local currency in Russia markets.
We are looking for a talented PM for the Microsoft CTP project
Job Description:
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design
- Conducting and coordinating software development activities
- Designing & developing functional and technical capabilities within the products, while making ongoing design decisions
- Facilitating cooperation with local and off-shore teams , as well as with external teams such as QA and technical publications, while keeping high visibility and effective communication
- Coaching, training and developing the people in the team
- Providing in depth technical knowledge and guidance to the team.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills
- Experienced on feature design skills.
- Strong communication and cross-group collaboration.
- Ability to give clear direction to the team for this project.
- Working knowledge of .NET, C# and SQL is a plus.
- Good communication in both Chinese and English
