Job Description:
The Senior Finance Analyst position's main objective is to help the sales and finance organization leverage thepowerful SAP BI tools. This position will be responsible for testing, validating and understanding new reports as they become available, as well as, coaching and training the sales/finance organizations to use these in supporting their respective businesses and functions.


Main Responsibilities:

Team with global SAP team to roll-out BI capabilities locally
Understand and validate SAP reports as they become available
Train local team on use of available BI reports
Drive organization change toward more usage of BI
Drive integrity and accuracy of underlying reports and data
Automate standard monthly sales and finance reports
Support ad hoc reporting and analysis for internal customers
Partner with internal customers to enhance BI reporting to assist in tracking and understanding KPIs
Support other key sales and finance system implementations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant
4+ Years of SAP and BI Experience
Strong Leadership Skills and Self-motivated
English speaking
Strong work ethic and desire to learn
Analytical aptitude and organizational skills
High attention to detail
Must demonstrate overall business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Results oriented, proactive and possesses a high level of integrity
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
