Responsibilities
- Develop and propose improvement plans to Greater China stakeholders, in consultation Asia Pacific Indirect Procurement, to benefit
cost and / or governance on Indirect Procurement.
- Work with cross-functional team in Greater China to establish and implement effective Indirect Procurement processes, with clear
RACI and in compliance with policies, to benefit cost and / or governance.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities for Indierct Procurement.

Qualifications
- University degree in Science or Business;
- At least 10 years experience across different categories of indirect procurement, including a minimum of 5-years in leading indirect
procurement implementation;
- Good understanding of procurement concepts and processes, and strong analytical skills;
- Good command of mandarin and English are necessary, fluency in other languages or dialects would be an advantage;
- Effective interpersonal skills in influencing peers and stakeholders, good conflict resolution capability, and cross-functional team
player;
- Ability to multi-task and work on several projects concurrently, whilst remaining focused on deliverables;
- Good knowledge of EPR, SAP and Excel;
- Basic financial accounting knowledge.
