Role Summary/Purpose
This role is responsible for the management and development of specific nominated distributor relationships. The objective is to achieve targeted sales and profit objectives from a defined business territory/key customer group, in accordance with the Country/Regional Business Plan. Typically 2-5 years.
Essential Responsibilities
• 负责在指定区域内销售和推广GE售后服务的全线产品:如维修合同,备件,耗材,相关产品升级等;管理和支持当地代理商。
• 负责指定区域内维修代理商及重点客户的维护,完成公司下达的年度销售指标,提高市场占有率;
• 全面了解和收集当地市场信息,并负责对市场信息的反馈及采取应对方案;
• 协调公司各部门和客户关系,保证客户满意;
• 完成公司制定的年销售任务和收款任务;
• 和区域内客户保持良好的关系,无客户投诉;
• 续签合同率大于90%,并在合同出保日期前签回;
• 每季度至少3个保修合同的签署;
• 按时参加部门会议,按时完成工作计划和网上培训;
• 遵守环境健康安全政策(EHS)及质量体系(QMS)的相关规定。
Qualifications/Requirements
• 本科或以上学历,医学或理工科背景为佳;
• 具有3年以上的直接销售或分销销售工作经验;
• 高度诚信和敬业精神,较强的市场开拓和沟通能力及优秀的谈判技巧;
• 能用英语阅读专业资料并写作,熟练操作电脑。
Desired Characteristics
Preferred Characteristics :
1. Education - university level degree in Life Sciences related discipline, and possibly MBA or PhD level, plus experience selling in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or R&D markets
2. Advanced background/training in and understanding of GE Healthcare products
