Core Responsibilities
?Part of Maintenance team.
?Work closely together with our business Key Users in China
?Support Key users on day-to day maintenance issues
?Handle Change Requests / Enhancements
Resolve Vinst case
?Meet established KPI's set by the Service Delivery Manager /Maintenance Assignment Leader
?Provide support to the FMS users in SDLG, Lyni
?Monitoring the efficient and adequate use of SAP functionality to support operations
?Maintain a Log all relevant incident/service request details

Required Competencies
?Experienced SAP SD consultant with a minimum 5 years of experience.
?Working experience / secondary skill of SAP PP module or MM module if it’s possible
?Knowledge of the integration between SAP SD, with other modules like MM and PP
?Good overall SAP knowledge
?Excellent communication skills make presentations, participate and/or drive workshops
?Good communication skill (written and oral) of Chinese & English
?Professional attire/consulting skills
?Experience in working in international teams will be considered
?Experience from working in global roll out / support / maintenance projects
?Understanding of the business processes in automobile domain

Education and / or Experience Recommended
?University degree, from a recognized institute, in engineering, business administration and/or computer science or equivalent.
?Minimum of 5 years of SAP PP experience in implementation projects / maintenance assignments
?Familiar with the general terminology of the IT business.
?Practical experience from using Microsoft Office tools.
?Proven experience of working with large, complex applications
?Proven experience of working with cross-functional & cross-cultural teams
Language: English, Korean (nice to have but not mandatory)
