SDE-3 - The Developer at this level owns a feature or component and is responsible for working with the dev lead to deliver work estimation. The developer at this level drives technology and architecture decisions, create technical design documents and ensures that code meets development specifications and is maintainable (comments, supporting documentation)



Must haves:

· 6+ years of Software Development Experience

· 4+ years of solid C# and .NET development experience.

· Deep knowledge of Web Services, Middle-tier, and ASP.Net

· Experience with MVC, CSS, Javascript, JQuery and HTML

· Exposure to WSE or WCF security models.

· Excellent understanding of software architectures and development lifecycle.

· Strong ability to implement Object Oriented solutions and writing secure code.

· Team-based development experience is a requirement.

· Familiarity with source code tools/process, bug tracking, code reviews, and other common development activities.

· Experience in n-tier architecture.

· Passion to drive Quality.

· Capable of designing UML diagrams in Visio, including class and sequence diagrams

· Can develop and optimize web applications that run in a web farm environment

· Fluent Englishing speaking skills, and strong English technical and non-technical writing skills



Strongly desired

· Demonstrated ability to design and implement toolsets for enterprise solutions.

· Solid written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience with WPF and MVVM

· Experience with Workflow Foundation, App Fabric and Azure

· Experience in setup and deployment tools such as clickonce/MSI or any others.



Plusses

· Experience with the MS internal security review process

· Experience with unit testing framework

· Experience with HTML5 and CSS3 .
