Duties & Responsibilities
1. Working on infrastructure service delivery following internal and industrial standard, such as ITIL, ISO27001, ISO9001.
2. Working independently on Unix platforms and Datacenter daily operation
· Conduct virtual operation (remote) model to provide 3rd level support on multi-site server management, which is including server administration, monitoring, proactive maintenance, and problem resolution on Unix system (Linux, Solaris, AIX)
· Follow policies and procedures for incident and problem resolution
· Server farm optimization and integration, as well as performance management.
· Change management, system maintenance and troubleshooting
· Unix system capacity analysis and planning
3. Support project implementation including design, deployment, vendor management, documentation and handover.
4. Information security and compliance activity on Unix platform.

Given the goals for this position, candidates must have technology expertise on:
1. IT or Engineering related university degree
2. Solid Unix knowledge and practical working experience on system operation and integration
3. 3+ years working experience in MNC on medium or large scale system with at least 3 technologies:
a. IBM pServer maintenance
b. IBM AIX system administration and HA deployment
c. Linux administration
d. Solaris administration
e. VMware product support and virtualized system management
f. VERITAS storage and backup product support
4. Good communication to work with both regional and global function
5. Experience on systems monitoring/management tools
6. Experience on project planning and implementation
7. Good English, both oral and written
It is desirable for the candidate to have:
· Task and process driven. Operational processing sense on change management, problem management and SLA management
· Experience in a customer-focused technical-support environment or bank industry IT experience
· Good at communication and good service sense in supporting internal users
· Hardworking and teamwork. Be available for overtime work
· Experience with network and security technologies
