Job Description
Monitor program/project from project initiation through delivery. Interface with client on technical and/or project matters. Create the functional specifications and/or requirements or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented. Provide technical and/or analytical information and receive input and approval as required. Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Create and maintain program/project schedules and status reports.
Job Qualifications
1-2 years work related experience with project management and/or software design and development.
Ability to work within a budget and direct day to day activities of a program/project.
Strong technical and/or systems skills in the area of developing and testing software products; and/or strong skills in the specific services related to program/project.
Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
Ability to think strategically. Sound business-related skills including judgment and decision making skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
May require specialized knowledge as defined by project.
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience/training.
