Job Introduction:
As a risk manager you will be part of the engineering project management office and responsible to identify,
evaluate, document and track project risks. A risk management strategy has to be developed, accordingly planned
and performed inside engineering projects. You have to moderate FMEA for product design and prepare reports for
internal management and customer as well. Projects risks have to be aligned inside the whole development process,
starting with the quotation phase until end of the project.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum B.S. in technical field (M.S. Degree preferred)
2. Experience in automotive engineering and risk management
3. First contact with FMEA methodology and moderation (APIS IQ FMEA preferred)
4. Knowledge about processes, methods and tools
5. High social skills as communication, teamwork, motivation, assertiveness and flexibility
6. Key behavioral traits for success as creativity, innovation, customer focus, solution-based approach
7. Ability to join discussions and create presentations in English language
8. Familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain Risk Management Plan according to related process
2. Perform project risk assessments to track project risks from quotation phase until end of the project
3. Moderate Design FMEA and support FTA and FMEDA activities for functional safety
4. Coordination of project risks inside the whole development process
5. Report project risk status to internal management and customer
