职位描述
NOTE: Any applicant who applies for the job must have GEAR BOX working experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Complete the analysis task that other department requires, and make clear CAE Input before starting;
2. Summaries the analysis results in the report to information or conclusion that could be used by project team members independently or with CAE engineers.
3. Provide the proposal and recommend solution to improve the design.
4. Develop the innovation capacity and provide the best solution to assigned task as well as the optimal efficient;
5. Provide the testing proposal to test department base on the analysis result to complete the final confirmation;
6. Develop the relevant plan correspondence to technical and quality standard to cost down or improve the quality;
7. Assure all the task assigned is in schedule;
8. Develop and sustain the working flow system to ensure all the data will be stored and retrievable;
9. Responsible for task assigned ,the final report and the accuracy of the data;
10. Perform other duties as required by management;
11. Plan and arrange work to ensure that safe and healthful working conditions are maintained at all times for the employees, their supervisor and colleagues;
12. Inform employees of known or potential health hazards and risks, complying with legislative requirements and providing, maintaining proper work procedures, practices, standards and rules;
13. Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all Health, Safety and housekeeping rules and regulations;
14. Comply with the designated ISO / TS 16949 responsibilities, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Health and Safety and company rules and guidelines;
15. Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook;
16. Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training.
17. Familiar hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure.
Qualifications:
1. Master degree and major in mechanical engineeringstructural engineering and automotive engineering Above 3 years work related experience; (Doctor in mechanical / automotive engineering is plus)
2. Familiar with software, such as KISSSOFT, MASTA, ABAQUS, FEMFAT, CAGE (GLEASON), Knowledge about different type of the gears; (hypoid, beveloid, differential,)
3. Familiar with software, such as ABAQUS, FEMFAT, Altair Hyperworks is advantage but not necessary
4. Good background in the field of material solid mechanicsreliability theory, and understanding of materials mechanics properties;
5. Willing to learn and take a part on the training in Europe and USA for few months;
6. Willing to work in the international company with daily communication with the people from different part of the world;
7. Willing to travel up to 30% of the time after one year training and working within the company;
8. Proficient in English in verbal and written;
9. Ability to communicate with professional engineers from design and testing department;
10. Good at communication, ability to work independently as well as team work;
11. Have a good level of operating skills and expertise, to develop procedures and methods in order to solve common problems that comply with the TS16949 standard;
12. Automotive powertrain systems.
