Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic planning of China CSR strategy
Liaison with COMPANY CSR's resources to ensure China CSR is part of the overall communications strategy
Work closely with COMPANY Corporate Affairs teams to co-ordinate Corporate Affairs synergies and best practice in China.
Create, co-ordinate and manager new CSR activities.
Provide professional consultancy to the top management regarding the corporate social responsibility image and social environment on the business.
Strengthen and develop interactive communications between external parties and dealers/staff's involvement on CSR programs.

Requirements:

College graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred
At least 8 years of related experience including management skills
CSR/GA experiences are preferred
Auto background preferred
Knowledge of CSR programs and background in a manufacturing environment
Excellent communicator with ability to develop the positive relationship between NGOs, government officials and the company
Skilled and experienced in Government / NGOs/Media/customer interaction
Relevant experience at executive level in corporate or consultancy PR
A record of successful accomplishment in the management of significant brand or reputational issues
Effective media relationships with key automotive journalists
Established, effective networks of media and support contacts
Strong strategic planning, implementation and project management skill set
Ability to write creative, interesting fact-based press releases
Experienced in making strong presentations to critical, evaluative audiences like dealers and journalists
Business acumen to allow risk assessment and make reliable judgement calls
Proven team values and the ability to cooperate and get along in a team context.
Strong financial control skills to manage and deliver on specific spending plans.
Experience with premium brands or products
Self motivated, independent, able to take initiatives and drive change
Ability to multitask and set priorities, with attention to details and accuracy
